Learner first and an educator second.

Holly is a technology administrator from San Diego, California helping teachers innovate instruction in their classrooms. She is a Google Certified Teacher, CUE Rock Star and National Board Certified Teacher. She received an MA in Technology in Education from Columbia University and has been working with technology integration  and 1:1 environments since 2003. Her background includes teaching positions throughout the nation including San Francisco, Washington, Chicago and presently in San Diego. This diversity of teaching positions has given her a great wealth of knowledge to draw from when thinking of ways to innovate curriculum and educate 21st century learners. As the Technology Curriculum Specialist in River Forest, IL, she  worked extensively with technology integration across the curriculum, and now specializes in 1:1 ipad integration, media literacy, social networking and web 2.0 and 3.0 tools. Her passion about transforming schools and redefining how teachers deliver instruction in the 21st century is contagious and she works hard to inspire others to rethink education.
